• Add the name of your agency
• Add the name of the client and the brand you’re working on
• Input the timeframe of the project and the currency
• Provide a short description of the project

• Use the drop-down menu to select the category of each task
• Select from a pre-selected list of tasks or use the free-text version of the template
• Describe each task to provide more context and details
• Select the recurrence of the task. For example, is this cost monthly or a one-time expense
• Input the hourly rate or rate of the service or task
• Add the frequency of the performance of the task. This is simply the number of times you plan to perform the task in the given timeframe
