Communications Assistant [OPEN]
I. POSITION DESCRIPTION
1. Performs activities of drafting and translating correspondence and coordination.
2. Preparation of correspondence for Middle East countries.
3. Translates correspondence if necessary.
4. Prepares orders, offers, invoices, contracts.
5. Takes phone calls.
6. Performs other tasks assigned in connection with the performance of the work.
II. SUBORDINATION, RELATIONSHIPS AND INTERACTIONS
1. The position is directly subordinated to the Managing director
III. REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION
1. Previous experience in an international environment outside of own country, preferably Middle East
2. Special skills:
– language skills – excellent command of Burmese and English – written and spoken;
– experience in the Middle East
3. Personal requirements for the contractor:
responsible, precise, organized, proactive, executive, loyal to his employer
