Digital Media Planner/Buyer [OPEN]

We are looking for a digital media planner/buyer to join our team.

The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, analytical and well-organized.

We are looking for an individual with a strong work ethic, someone who wants to improve their skills and knowledge in the field of digital media advertising.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed digital strategies and media plans
  • Coordinate native projects with internal and external stakeholders
  • Deploy, monitor and optimize campaign execution
  • Set KPIs and ensure the digital strategies meet the client’s expectations
  • Work closely with account directors and the agency’s in-house Programmatic, Social, Search, and Ad Operation teams
  • Analyze campaign performance and report to the client with recommendations and insights
  • Proactively monitor local and global digital marketing trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • Must have a strong interest in digital media
  • At least 2 years’ previous experience as a digital media specialist
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and in Bulgarian
  • Must have good MS Office literacy and capability of fast understanding of different user interfaces
  • Ability to successfully prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Must know the difference between percentages and percentage points
